The schadenfreude of prosecutors offering him a little home confinement and registering as a sex offender for a guilty plea and him stubbornly refusing is quite delicious.

Guy knows he drugged and raped dozens of women and gets a borderline free pass to just go away and be forgotten and serve no jail time...but NOPE. hahaha what a dumass.

I was randomly watching a Dan Rather Reports documentary on the Detroit Public Schools from ~ 7 years ago and toward the end Bill Cosby shows up. I had forgotten that he had come to town to help the district with an enrollment drive.

After all this it was jarring.

The entire trial has been a punishment for him, which is just a bonus. I do hope he gets jail time and IDGAF that he's 80. When he addresses the family he should say "I regret that I have but 10-15 years to rot in jail."

Today is the day, all the legal analysis on TV and the never talk about the most important thing. If he is sentenced to prison, does he go TODAY, or will they let him stay out on appeal that could take 2 years and mean that he may not ever see the inside of a jail.

3 years is the Min. , its 3 to 10 but at his age, will likely die in prison, also will likely be in isolation because he is a sexual predator and would be beaten to death in gen pop.

That is fine as long he is in prison the entire time(years) waiting on appeal.

They showed him in cuffs being taken away, cuffs in front.
