That is not what I have said. For me, the difference in marginal pleasure between good food and great food is very small. This is not the case between good food and bad food. Bad food sucks.

I, for one, am shocked that Txdome would figure out a way to drop racial commentary in a sandwich thread.

For the record the feigned "confusion" at Banh mi ingredients was infinitely more racist than a jews lurv money joke. Old white dudes pretend to engage with something foreign, try for about a half second, then scrunch their nose and throw up their hands as if they "don't get it". It's a nuanced form of othering that's very purposeful but plausibly deniable.
