I've got to disagree.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cheesesteak - A cheesesteak, also known as a Philadelphia cheesesteak, Philly cheesesteak, cheesesteak sandwich, cheese steak, or
steak and cheese,
is a sandwich made from thinly sliced pieces of beefsteak and melted cheese in a long hoagie roll
Is that bolded part what qualifies as cheesesteak, steak + cheese + long roll = cheesesteak? Is
steak and cheese considered the same thing to you as
cheesesteak?
Either way, the sammy in that video beats a reuben any day:
skirt steak > corned beef > boneless ribeye for sandwiches
shredded+seared cheese > melty swiss > cheez whiz
roasted red peppers > kraut > onions
ciabatta roll > rye > amoroso
