I dunno. It’s in a kind of random suburb that I have no real reason to ever visit. I’m def a big kenji fan, but the menu doesn’t really blow me away or anything. I’ll prob end up there at some point when someone else wants to go, but not planning a special trip.

Interesting, are those a regional thing? They look delicious. The closest thing we have to that in my area is a standard onion ring, although I think I might have seen the strings as a condiment on a sandwhich but never a served like fries.

Theres a place around here thats been doing a more finely chopped onion straw on top of california and dragon rolls. Its actually really good.
