All of these are good questions and if I were to dig deep into answers it would be "yes" to basically all of them. I'm sure this thread will discuss each of these topics and I'm glad you posted on the first page.
My simple answer on what I find most interesting about the Beatles is how much they evolved/changed from start to finish. It often times seems like a completely different band. Compare "Love Me Do" to "Tomorrow Never Knows", for instance. In that regard, their sound encompasses such variety. Tangentially, the fact they excel at so many variations and had such versatility, is another point of appreciation.
