I don't think that is true. Of the individuals who get into casual sexual relationships I've observed a slightly higher percentage of men are the ones who get all gaga and can't handle a relationship that is just sexual.

I really think that women get a bad rap with the they are all emotional about relationship. I know a lot more guys who sit and over-analyze every word of a meaningless conversation with a girl they like and a lot more guys who becomes obsessive and allow thinking about a specific girl to dominate their lives than I know girls who demonstrate that kind of behaviour.

for me, the main problem would be the wife checking the browsing history.

maybe it'll help to take it from the opposite point of view:
i'm close to asexual, while my wife would like to jump my bones on a far more frequent basis.

if i "caught" my wife getting off to porn, i wouldn't be surprised about it. in fact, i do hope she does that instead of cheating on me physically.
now, if it was some weird stuff that i'd consider sick, that's a whole different topic. also if it was every few hours, i'd also scratch my head and ask a few questions about that. but that's more to do with me not considering that behavior "normal" than having a problem with her pleasing herself.

from my observations, guys do not have that type of problem with the same frequency as women do. however, those that do have such tendencies are way more overdramatic about it.

Well I mean I am going by stereotypes here. Of course there's women who are fine with casual relationships and men who have got to be having sex with a serious partner in order to have a satisfying orgasm.
