I was unaware that Fleetwood Mac had a lead singer.

Vr vs gnr is debatable but Audioslave w Chris Cornell was amazing compared to de la Rocha and rage against the machine.

Almost never gonna be "better" or superior. Thread will die in less than 4 pages imo

Dio was rightfully a legend, but Graham Bonnett's unfortunately brief tenure with Rainbow was pretty darn great.

Rage Against the Machine replacing De La Rocha's rapping (yelling simple phrases over and over again) with Chris Cornell, the greatest rock voice of the 90s-00s, and becoming Audioslave.


Killing in the Name has like 3 phrases the whole song "Some of those that want forces, are the same that burn crosses", "Killing in the name of..", "**** you I won't do what you tell me" plus a few adlibs. La Rocha was carried musically by those other 3, though he did have the live show energy.

I love Cornell, but it's a totally different band. Both would be terrible vocalists for the other band. And I think most people prefer RATM over Audioslave anyway.
