he probably shouldn't have to say, 'you know what, she can do what she wants, i don't care.... oh, except bang one of my best friends, that's a caveat i'd like to insert into this whole freedom i've granted her'

Sure, she is comparable at this point in her career to Madonna at a similar point.

There's 100% no chance they'll get back together and 99.9999% of the reason they divorced is his fault.

He's also stated many times he doesn't give a **** what she does with the rest of her life.
The answer is "never".

There's a coke store?!

These were all good ideas, but unfortunately I couldn't make myself go do them solo. It just felt like it would be even more lame and depressing and I would start panicking. So instead, I try to go take a nap, but can't cuz I'm panicking. So now I'm drinking guinness hoping the pain in my chest goes away. FML.

I honestly had no idea that "prop 8" was the "prop 8" from 2008, when, like every other non-oblivious person, I of course knew about all the controversy.

There is a 2 week backlog of unread newspapers on my desk and I haven't been on Facebook in days, so I have no idea what's going on in the world right now. Did the oil spill stop yet? I honestly have no idea and need to go through the papers in the AM.

This morning when I got the mail from Saturday, the return address on an envelope sent from him was his bank stamp for depositing checks stamped twice, neatly side by side.
Clearly dementia but super friendly and always happy bodes well for him, even if he won't be able to continue to work as he has.

I haven't read a newspaper or magazine, watched or listened to any news program, or looked at a news website in months. I only find out about anything when I come across it here.

Big secret? Nothing ever happens.

I'm trying to justify going out with her(she brought it up) but I kind of agree with everyone else that the answer should be never.

Would it matter if they've been divorced for almost 2 years, she moved out of state shortly after the divorce and recently returned?

Not sure if it means anything but the main reason why I'm friends with the guy is b/c of his her. We were real good friends as teenagers and he became a friend when they started dating. We kind of "messed around" back when we were 15/16 years old but never really got together.

I haven't said anything to him yet but I think I might in the next couple of days.

Every guy has a girl from his past that he wishes he pursued more b/c he thought she's "the one" and for YEARS I thought she was it for me.

Given the recent news story, "Naked Bootleg" or some variation thereof seems appropriate.

Q: What do you call a man who goes out w/ a good friend's ex wife and thinks everything's going to be ok all around?

A: An optimist.

I mean I knew that but it's still super lol. I laugh at the person who goes to Vegas and is like OMG COCA COLA STORE. Also I hate coke. I hate cola. **** that nasty ****. Also the M&M store similarly strikes me as lol but at least m&ms are delicious.

You know what is awesome? ****in' Coconut Cruzan rum. Now if only I had some coconut m&ms.

Alcohol question:

Going to be 21 soon. Most of my drinking has been Miller/Natty Lite, which I'm ready to step up from. What do I get the first time I buy beer?

Sam Adams

Boston Lager is always solid, but you depending on when you turn 21 there should either be the Summer Ale or Octoberfest available which are both solid beers, and not so overwhelmingly strongly flavored that you may not like them.

Guinness is also always A+++++++++

Natty lite is horrible and must be what they serve to Hitler in hell. Actually they probably serve him straight up Natural Ice. God that **** is so gross. Literally makes me gag when I try to drink it. At least drink Bud Light, that is not offensive.
