ESPN pre-empting Sportscenter in the mornings for Women's British Open has been the nut low. I can't imagine the ratings for that are better than the ratings for baseball highlights, or a discussion about Brett Favre playing. Must be a contractual thing.

But I agree. Women's sports of virtually every stripe are terrible to watch.

Bacteria in the line/keg? Plus you lose track of how much you're drinking compared with ordering beers at bars.

Bought some Newman's Creamy Caesar with extra virgin olive oil yesterday. First time I've had caesar dressing that was too creamy, and I'm not that picky. Pain in the ass I have to drive 15m to a grocery store (or in this case, Target) to get Caesar dressing, there's 6 convenience stores/Family Dollars around me and you can get all the Catalina dressing you want (I've never even seen someone order Catalina dressing in a restaurant!?), but no Caesar.

I've finally gotten around to doing some cleaning up after myself. Just did the bathroom cabinets: 4 bags of trash. Next up: The hallway cabinets. Anticipated bags of trash: 6.

We have a cleaning service come in every 2 weeks. If I had to do their job for a living I'd starve to death.

btw: Enjoy that food while you can, I really mean that. I've got to go for another cholesterol test this month.

Depends on the type of kegger, too. If you normally go to college-type Natty Light keggers and then go to one with a craft brew, you're probably drinking a beer with 1.5-2 times as much ABV as Natty Light, and that can really sneak up on you.
