Hamburglar - have you not had a tdap booster shot in the last 10 years? you shouldn't need a "tetanus shot" if you are up to date on your vaccines. even if you aren't, there are only about 30 cases of tetanus per year in USA#1 and the odds of tetanus bacteria existing on a random screw in your house are very low.

lol @ them trying to charge you $1200 and then still charging you >$500 for cleaning a minor puncture wound and giving you a tetanus booster.

gotta ask, why did you go to urgent care for treatment? why not just treat it at home?

no experience with them specifically but generally the buyer doesn't understand how much more difficult choice A is vs choice B and the seller just wants to get a job and figure out logistics later

i think so long as you're clear about requirements, it'll be fine, giving any engineer generalized instructions is a disaster waiting to happen regardless of whether it's a freelancer on upwork or lead dev at google

As a web developer, I'd never bother with sites like Upwork. Too many people bidding for peanuts and will deliver crap products, or clients who say "build me facebook" for $15.

Easier to get better quality side gigs through networking.
