AFAIK Binaural just means that the sound comes out of the left or right channels in a way that is optimised for someone listening with headphones or ear buds rather than someone listening on a HiFi system with loudspeakers.
If you listen to a normal stereo recording with headphones then sometimes weird unnatural stuff happens like you can only hear certain instruments with your left or right ear - which doesn't match how it would be to hear the band in the room with you but would be fine with a pair of loudspeakers (as you can hear both speakers with both ears).
I was referring to 'digital drugs'. They're often described as a 3-digit Hz frequency, and always have an alien vibe.
