I wouldn't say she can control the switching necessarily, but she can definitely influence it a lot of the time. Usually if I need something it's something like "Can I talk to ________ for a little while?" Then sometimes she can and sometimes she can't.

And I'm not saying this as a typical OOTer. Even if you're madly in love with her, DO NOT GET MARRIED.
I don't disagree. I'm not getting married anytime soon. She's not particularly thrilled about that, but she understands.

I tend to agree with you that the history suggests your partner may have Dissociative Identity Disorder. A few questions to add to the list:
Who started naming the different personalities and why?
How often does she have seizures and how severe are they (duration, loss of consciousness etc)? ie. is she is on medication/how well controlled are they. Reason I ask is that temporal lobe epilepsy can rarely cause dissociative features
At first we called the child one "Little" just to have a name to refer to it by. I talk about how the others got their names in
this long-*** post.
The seizures aren't epileptic, but they look just like standard grand mal seizures. There's no medication to help with the seizures, only the anxiety that helps to cause the seizures.
When they first started, they would happen anywhere from 3 to 8 times a day, for anywhere from 30 seconds to 2-3 minutes at a time. Most of the time she loses consciousness, but sometimes she doesn't. Often she remains unconscious after for some short (occasionally long ~45 minutes or more) period.

Her parents didn't protect her then and she got worse when she moved back in with them.
Answered this in
this post.

Don't feel sorry for me. From the first time I had to hold her hair while she puked because she was having such a severe panic attack, I pretty much knew I was getting into some ****. While I never would have guessed all this would have happened, I realize that I made a choice to be there through it, and I'm okay with that.

If it is real, I think I would recommend that rather than marrying this woman, you try taking up a serious speedball (heroin and cocaine) habit instead, for just a while, to see how you like it.
Please to be posting pics and vids now.
We have waited long enough.
Trying pics again after I finish this batch of answers. Might have vids if I can get them off of my phone (sorry no balls on forehead vids).

Op where do you think Michelle would be if you two hadn't got together?
Still with her parents? Would they take care of her? Have her commited?
Would she have succeeded in attempting suicide?
She'd probably be dead. We've talked about that one too. Feels bad man.

In before a response of "3, 2, 5, 1, 4" to a picture of just Michelle.

I'll ask her what she thinks about this. She'll probably laugh, but I doubt she'll do it.
