Now I don't think this will catch on like the highly entertaining "What's the deal with cereal?" thread, but a lot can happen with eggs. From which came first etc... to delicious food selections. I'm going to start with food and this one is uno in my books. Very plain but often exquisite.

Best omelet I ever ate was chorizo and queso fresco, covered in an amazing fresh pico de gallo.

One of my favorite ways to have eggs is also one of the easiest and something my mom made when I was a kid. Three soft boiled eggs*, two pieces of toast. Cut the toast into small squares and mix the toast with the eggs in a coffee mug. I’m a simple person, with simple tastes.

(*mom used two eggs; I like a higher egg to bread ratio)

What? That’s combining two of my favorite food groups. Others make trips to Vegas centered around the WSOP, mine are centered around corned beef hash which is scant in my parts.

No the good stuff doesn’t come from a can. It’s made from a corned beef brisket mixed with a potato hash. Any respectable place won’t do canned.
