Kinda running out of colors though?

Got the truck back, needed new coil. Seems like it's running better. Someday, I'll have to try to track down the wiring problem which is causing to "Door Ajar" indicator to (most always) stay on.

Or not. I've got electrician's tape, too.

For the record noseeums suck, figuratively and literally. In an oceanside condo in Florida and thought it would be a good idea to leave front door and back sliding doors open for that cool ocean breeze while sleeping. Turns out the screen around the patio and/or the front door is NOT a fine enough mesh to keep those little buggers out. My new nickname should be Spot, I guess.

The Geezers Tour made another stop in town last night. The band this time - ZZ Top. Two of three original members are still with the group; Gibbons and Beard. While the stage show wasn't that great, the music was still very good. One draw back is Gibbons voice is trash. But that didn't actually take that much away from the experience. Would see again.

The warm up act was one I had never heard of. The Black Moods. I really enjoyed their music.

I'm in Fort Pierce, a couple of hours north of Palm Beach. Kind of a work vacation. I have a couple of guys working in the area and am here to help them out if they end up needing it. Thought about you as I drove through your city, but was in too much of a hurry to even consider stopping.

imagine a middle school baseball team
from an era of uniform knee pants with tall stirrups
distance to practice field requires school transport
short bus and coach is driving

we unload and impersonate a half-ass warm up show for the gym teacher
dude hits a few more fungos then gets pissed at the lack of effort and shouts us back to the van
multiple times trying to slam bi-fold doors behind him as a point of emphasis
what followed was an awkward lee elia attempt at a verbal assault upon our lack of effort and purpose
