Unfortunately I didn't know what the **** I was doing.

Is it too late to do anything about it? Ive been paying the IRS $250/month for probably a year and a half and have another couple years to go.

After ride mileage, dead mileage, waters, gum, candy, etc. you shouldn’t be paying any taxes.

That depends on his tax rate, which is based on his total taxable income, not just the income from Uber.
