I think the article is really good, but there is no chance for Amanda in Strasbourg IMO. The court rejects thousands of cases each year. I can't see her case not being one of them.

Was overwhelmingly confident of a guilty verdict until about 20 mins ago, feel a little uneasy now. Not sure why, maybe just over assessing the "no cheering, applause, etc..." instruction and the fact that there are riot police outside.

Prob just standard in high profile cases...

If anything I would think "No cheering, applause" would indicate guilt since I think that's how most Italians feel about this.

But either way I don't think you can read much into it. Probably just SOP for cases like this.

So, three people are now convicted of the murder of Kercher? Is there any way that all 3 of them could have been involved or was the prosecution like "yo, Guede did it" at his trial and "yo, Knox and Sallecito" did it at their trial? It seems kinda ****ed up to just throw anyone in jail who could have committed the crime. Pick a ****ing theory already, Italy.
