Career bartender. Twenty years behind the bar with ten in LV. Trying to quit gambling and start writing. I figure this could be a push in the right direction. Plenty of stories and advice.... I'm desperate for attention. Keep me off the video poker please.

What clubs have you worked at? Have you ever purposely overcharged someone for being a dick? Have you ever undercharged/free drink for being hot?

Have you ever been held up?

Highest tab/bill someone bailed on?

What's your drink?

Casino or club? Strip or downtown?

Only bar backed at clubs.

I've never overcharged and don't know any bartender who would. Although, we do pour short and give the warm beers to the douche bags.

Hot girls get all the perks.

I've never been held up.

Had a guy bail on a tab and flip off the bar staff. We chased him down and tackled him in the street for the money. That was back east though.

Drink of choice is always a shot and a beer.

Be a man and take it easy on the bartender.

As a bartender, casino. No connection downtown but I've worked on the strip.

Suggestion OP if you're 'trying to start writing' it would be better to give more than a clipped two word answer and stop treating words like they cost money. Tell us a story, mix in some some funny anecdotes, put some effort in ffs.

How many times have you got laid because of your job (aka hooked up with someone who was your customer)? Any particularly funny/interesting stories?

Any stories about serving famous people?

What percentage of men order a manly man's drink like a shot and a beer as opposed to a sissy man drink like a lemon drop?

lol

I really don't know.

I do know that I don't put the lime/lemon into my drink after I squeeze it. The rind lends a bitter acidic taste.

It depends on the venue.

I do get some satisfaction from hurting douche bags though. Some guy walks up to the bar and says, "Give me a double remy." That'll be $20, sir.
