ALDI's ALDI's

So I'm sitting here playing .01/.02 on PS, drinking Hamm's, and eating ALDI's brand jalapeno / cheddar potato chips. I just started shopping at ALDI's a month or so ago. It's the best place ever. I compared prices - same stuff at ALDI's compared to a STORE BRAND set of product , $8 vs $13, -- not even compared to name brand prices. And these chips kick ass. $1.99 and high quality. I stopped buying Cape Cod chips because of their lack of seasoning and their price - these beat Cape Cod chips. No joke. Go ALDIs

Does aldi have barcode scanners yet?

I went to one a few years ago and they had no scanners in the place, just cashiers maniacally entering item numbers by hand. Seemed like the stupidest thing ever, so I asked and they claimed it helped keep the costs down. How I have no idea. Seems to me the expense of RSI claims would easily outweigh the cost of scanners but what do I know.

I've never heard of Aldi before, but Cape Cod potato chips are ****ing delicious. I used to hate them when I was younger, but now I just can't get enough of them.

They do seem to have good prices there. I got some cranberry almond cereal that was really good. My only complaint was them not taking credit cards - and needing a quarter to get a buggy.

Guys ALDI is the biggest grocery chain in Europe. It's German and both owners, the Albrecht brother's are worth 30billion€. It is huge in Germany, and yeah it is cheap.

There was an ALDI in Morgantown, West Virginia, when I went to college. It was the most super ghetto grocery store ever. They didn't even have bags, like a wharehouse club.

Aldi is really really ghetto, but they have some really good **** really cheap, it is just not worth it to grocery shopping at aldi's becaues you still have to go to a normal grocery store for a lot of stuff.

Go to their website about keeping prices down. They have barcodes now, infact they have a few of them on each product to make them easier to scan. They don't take credit cards b/c it costs them too much; they do take debit cards.

I have a friend who married a German woman, and they LOVE Aldi. Spurious must be correct, Europe Aldi's > USA Aldi's. So much so that when Europeans move to the US they still love it and choose it over all local competitors.

And the Albrecht's are always on the list of either top 10 or top 20 richest people on earth. I couldn't believe it when I first read it

TJ's is actually owned by Theo Albrecht, one of the Aldi owners.

ALDIs is a nice place to get cheap food. Luckily, I have a pretty high tolerance for ignorant morons, because ALDIs is full of them back home. Can't really beat the pricing though. It's especially nice if I wanna just go stock up on certain frozen foods for the weekend or something (pizzas, for example). Of course, I don't really eat frozen pizza anymore, so whatever.

The Trader Joe's near me is like a strictly black-free zone. *****z don't need no Jordan almonds.

Cape Cod chips are delicious. Yet evil, because they are very likely to cut the inside of your mouth and it hurts like dick when the salt hits a flesh wound, imo.
