When I finally quit, I would think about it and dream about it constantly. Over the years it’s gotten less and less. Thoughts of heroin still drift through my head from time to time, but I’m not craving it or anything anymore. I just push the thoughts aside and go on with life. I don’t feel like I’m in risk of relapsing at all.
