One pumpkin inside one rock is just as devastating and there's less chance of him discovering it.

Neighbors son takes out his old man so he can get his hands on his inheritance. Kills him using a catapult on de captains land and is able to frame him for the murder.

Some help this thread has been.

It turns out the old man is a serial offender who was previously busted for stealing some woman's heart shaped rocks.

Today I was doing some work in the yard when I heard someone say " Are you De Captain?"

I looked up and was a bit startled to find a woman sitting on a SUP about 10' from the shore. She introduced herself as the rock thief's daughter. The firsts thing she said was that she wanted to apologize for her father. She'd heard that we'd had several run ins, and she, as well as her entire family, was well aware of the rock heist.

I pulled a chair up to the shore, settled in, and she proceeded to tell me all about her family, her children, and the problems her family has had reigning in her father, for nearly an hour.

The one part I found interesting was that this isn't his first heist. She told me the story of a neighbor ( someone I don't know) who lives about a mile and a half from here, who was known for collecting heart shaped rocks. Neighbors and friends would keep an eye out for heart shaped rocks. Over a period of time she collected a bunch of them and had them laid out in her front yard. She came home one day a few years back to find that the old man had taken them all.

all the funny dumb things aside you need to file trespass charges against him and have him trespassed so if he comes on your property again he can be arrested. also probably a restraining order. that helps protect you if something violent happens as it shows you were the one who was scared of violence and the victim.

if you let it go and something else comes about there is no record of the past and likely the law will pass it off.
do that and let his children know what you want in damages or you will start a suit and
collect in court.
also set up some game cameras so you can get hard evidence.

Hasn’t it been resolved. Looks like Captain got his rocks back and old man hasn’t been back. This seems like a lot of effort to do something that might only escalate the problem.

I consider it resolved unless something else happens that the daughter can't control or make right. I don't want to escalate w/ neighbors if I don't have to. The daughter gave me her contact info and said just call her straight away if I have any other problems. I also think knocking on his door and telling him to put the rocks back was effective.

She’s riding like a Pisces when I am weak
He’s been stealing away the heart-shaped rocks for weeks
I've been drawn into her magnet tar pit trap
I wish I could beat her father when she turns back
Hey
Wait
I’ll file a new complaint
Forever in debt to her priceless advice

Yeah, I don't see any upside to escalating with this weirdo and his son.

How is it possible that the story about sitting on the beach with the daughter listening to her life story did not lead to beers and sexy time
