I don't want to name any specific people on certain lists to avoid singling them out, but do any of the names in the submitted lists fall under the above? Better to clear that up now so if they are assassinated/KIA we know ahead of time whether they count or not.
Politicians don't fall under that category as they are not military personnel. So if a politician gets assassinated by a member/citizen of a country or group he/she is fighting then it's all cool (for the pool that is).
I didn't recall anybody naming any active military personnel or law enforcement members in their list. Not like anybody picked Joe Arpaio or anything like that (though that's a really good pick now that I think about it).
