I have no idea how you could have so many problems if you had no problems with the older s devices.
Always screen towards leg with nothing else in that pocket.

The older models had like a horseshoe shaped icon you had to tap and drag to another area on the screen. The S5 you can touch and swipe anywhere and it unlocks.

Tilts the hell out of me that widgetlocker doesn't have a basic password/pin mechanism. The Verizon stock pin screen is AIDS but there's no way I'm putting an extra layer on there so I have to double lock screen my phone.

Update: AutoNotification intercept and cancel is amazing, great use of $1.61. May use it for other stuff too, awesome.

Can you post a screenshot of your task and a quick explanation of how you set up AN to intercept and cancel, I only use it to create notifications and never played around with its other functions.

Also what is your trigger on the profile? I was thinking about it and instead of time as I first suggested setting up a geofence around your work building using AutoLocation might work better.

I actually came in to revise that I couldn't get the cancel to work but I'm still playing with it. Unfortunately my phone may be completely dead due to a number of other issues and I may be replacing it shortly... will update when I get something more concrete.

My trigger though was through AutoNotification when then alert app was "Email" (very simple), I got it to spit other notifications etc as a result and it was fine but I couldn't get it to cancel... yet.

I have the Motorola Droid MAXX and am having an issue here: My ringer and text message notifications are only going off about half of the time. The other half of the time that I receive a call or text, I'm receiving no audio notification. Yes, I have confirmed that everything is set correctly and as said, it works half the time and the other half it doesn't.

Any idea what this is? Very frustrating and I keep missing people trying to contact me.

I don't see @d8!0ck Plus on the Play Store which was what a Google search came up with. I'm after something that will block ads on my mobile devices when playing YouTube vids. Am I missing something?

Download it from the website, it's not allowed on the Play Store. Don't use it personally so can't comment re YouTube.

1. Notification syncing. Basically every time I turn on my tablet, it shows me all the notifications that have come to my phone since the last time I used my tablet. Unbelievably annoying. I googled around for notification syncing, but everything I see seems to be about (often using pushbullet) syncing and retrieving notifications with a PC. Still the right solution, or something else...?

2. App uninstalls. There's a bunch of apps that I have uninstalled that keep coming back. This god damn NYTimes app, for example, will NOT go away. Makes me want to throw this thing out the window. There are others too, but no point in listing them all. Anyone else have this problem?

3. Battery. Doing a full power on/off is kind of annoying, but just turning the screen off results in pretty poor battery life, like a phone. I was hoping the tablet could be charged like once/week or something based on how I use it. There's no sleep mode either. What's the standard approach here, just suck it up with one of those two options (I'd probably just use screen on/off and charge it more often)?

It's an incredibly sexy device, and I love using it. Especially doing my maths with the stylus. Just feels great. But these are some pretty huge issues for me right now, so any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
DS battery app. It deepsleeps your tablet/phone after inactivity, and you can toggle how often it wakes up the device to sync before going back to sleep.

Are you using a different cable to charge it at the wall and laptop? Is your battery replaceable? How long does a charge hold when it is on?

I've tried every combination of cables etc and I get that weird red X when it does charge but it does last plenty long so dunno. I actually just replaced the battery about a month ago so weird if that's the issue but I'm likely upgrading in the next month or so anyway. Just a weird symptom.

Don't know what phone you have but the red X is something to do with a faulty/unofficial wall plug charger, I think.

Did you buy a good replacement battery a month ago or a cheap made in china of unknown quality or origin? Because as a betting man I think I found the problem if it is the second.

Just done exactly this , haven't received my One yet but I hope I like it and the android over ISO.

Couldn't see the point paying £539 for a i6 when spec on paper there just not as good .

Anyone rate or own the lg G3 over the htc one m8 ? It was a toss up between the 2

I was afraid to go for g3 bcs I heard it has battery duration problems caused by this fabulous screen quality. Not sure if true though, but didnt want to risk it, lost nerves with iphone bcs of that.

The m8 is about to release a version with a 13 mp camera in a few weeks, if you can hold out til then. I have the m8 and my only gripe is the camera.

That's awesome. I'm guessing it won't be available subsidized?

Not sure, it's not official yet but it's a strong rumor. I'd expect the m9 to come out in March/April like the m7 and m8 did so take that into consideration as well.

Sometimes when receiving a relatively long text message, it gets truncated and end of it gets replaced with "null". Like "............have a good night." ---> "............have a gnull"

Has anyone ran into this? Important information is: using Textra, it only happens with 1 person, they use an iphone, but I don't have any other iphone data.
