I agree with harrington for a good foundation of tournament poker.

One thing you should really learn from is he gives an example of what is important when you are thinking of playing a hand. He emphasizes stacksizes/position/oppoents stack size and their position, and reads you have, when people bubble.... etc... then he says, your cards.

Winning poker tournamnets one hand at a time is a good book to help thought processes. I think the best training for tournaments however will come from training site videos, not books.
