I want to buy the ePub version of "Applications of No-Limit Hold 'em" but Professionalpoker.com do not support credit cards issued in my country (I live in Belarus).
Also I can't pay via Paypal or neteller because they do not support my country too.

Is there any way for me to get the book? E.g. to pay via Skrill, or straigh payment on someone's poker account (Stars/FT/Party/Ipoker)? Or any another way?

Would it be useful for potential customers to contact Amazon in hopes of hurrying up the Kindle version?

when is the exact date when this book comes out. relatively strong table of contents seems to scan a larger variety of important aspects at the poker table. most interested in seeing what they cover in the calculating pot odds section and if you give any examples in drawings hands.
overall looks to be a good lengthy read 500 pages not for the faint of heart.

Welcome to 2+2. Applications of NLHE has been out for a while actually. In fact, I finally gave in and picked up a ePub copy from ProfessionalPoker 2+2 Books today. So far looks good and is very interesting read.

The Kindle version just got available. Btw it's not in the main item as usual, you have to search for "Applications of No Limit Holdem" and then click on "Book format --> Kindle edition" in the left column.

Although I already own the paperback I was considering to buy the Kindle version, so I have downloaded the free excerpt.

For only $41.14 (!!) it's easily the worst converted book that I have ever seen. Formulas completely unintelligible, page numbers and footnotes in the middle of a page, strange symbols instead of suits, lots and lots of joined words... absolutely terrible. Just get the excerpt and see.

I suppose that's Amazon fault, but 2+2 should complain about this piece of trash.

We just took a look at the kindle version and you're correct, it's awful. So we have asked Amazon to take it down and we'll now go through an outside kindle service to try to get this done right.

We also noticed similar problems in the kindle version of our book Further Limit Hold 'em by Philip Newall. So we've asked Amazon to take that one down as well.

I was waiting for the kindle version until the I saw the price and I had 2nd thoughts.
$26 for the paper back
$41 for the Kindle version.
I know Amazon set the prices but its crazy to have to pay more for a digital version as opposed to the paper version. They did the same with Baluga Whales book.
After reading your comments about formatting, I'm glad I didn't buy the kindle version at the time.
I will buy the paperback version instead
