So now I'm toying with the idea of canceling my Amazon order and ordering it through you after all. Can't seem to get the 20% discount code to work though. Did it expire? And are you still upgrading the $40 priority shipping to express?
Now that I'm in question asking mode, do you have any idea when Amazon.uk will have the book in stock? I feel like I'm in the wrong line at a supermarket, on the verge of switching, but almost certain that as soon as I switch my old line will suddenly jumpstart away.
This is what GTO is all about!
It makes the customer indifferent to order from abroad, wait for e-book or call the river
.
(Sorry, I couldn´t resist. I´m an editor, so I am well aware the problems that might arise.)
On a brighter note: I ordered from amazon.com two days ago.
The order has been shipped and will reach me ~June 14.
I chose nit-shipping, and the total for book + shipping to Sweden was $50.
Happy!
