Well, I got the book at 1 week from ordering; cheap mail; and it is a beauty; well written in first 65 pages; hard to put down; must admit it has pointed out at least two major misconceptions/leaks; other points I was doing now make more throretical sense; probably do an all-nighter to try a first read within one day; hope the excitement holds up; wow, this is a gem...ty.
