Hi everybody,

i am playing micro MTTs since 2013 and always looking for new strategies to improve my game. in the past i have read books like kill everyone and the raisers edge. recently i read moormans book of poker.

in the past few month i am on a little downswing which is causing troubles for my mental a-game.

i have decided to take a 1 month break from poker and use the time to study.

unfortunately, i havent found any books wich are uptodate which i havent read.

what books/videos/articles can u suggest for improving my MTT-skills?

Thanks all!

The most up-to-date material you'll find is RaiseYourEdge.com

Their apprentice course gives you ranges you can use for every position/situation and it gives you proper pre-flop play dependent on population tendencies. He explains how to deviate from these ranges dependent on villain.
Plus much, much more.

The apprentice course is $550 or so after the coupon code I believe..

You'll make $550 back by the time you fully digest everything the apprentice course entails + much more and then you can upgrade to the Mastercourse (really only adds a little value).

Good luck.

If you don't want $550, save. If you don't think you'll save enough.. your only option is to view free UP TO DATE material on Youtube (Raiseyouredge) and solve hands yourself.

Good luck again.

Thanks for the answer!

for the moment i think 550$ is a bit too much.

are there any alternatives to get uptodate-material?
