Resources on bet sizing (NL Hold'em)

I was wondering if anyone knew of any good resources that could teach you about proper bet sizing. Specifically, NL Hold'em smalls takes cash games; but anything about general bet sizing would be great.
I've read a few on Jonathan Littles books (Mastering Small Stakes NL/Excelling at tough NL) but I still don't feel comfortable about bet sizing.
