I am reading The Grinder's Manual and i am liking it so far so much.

However Peter decided not to put the full chart of the Rating Starting hands, but merely the top 20% only. (Page 24, Figure 4 - Hand Ratings for Top 20% of Hands).

While he provides reasonable explanation why he doesn't include the full range, i feel like I, and many other newer players will benefit to have the full chart with all the Good Pair Potential, Versatility, Nut Potential, and Overall score - the reason is whenever I need to evaluate my situation from the button when i am dealt some hand in the rest of the 80% of the chart that isn't covered, i am at a loss how to score those hands. I would very much like to have the full chart as a reference.

Is it possible someone more experienced to rebuild the rest of the chart?

note: I am aware that it's not something to waste to much time over.. but it would be really helpful to have it as a reference IMHO
