In example 2; how do they find out it’s 1.7x the pot? Tried for 30 min now and I’m stuck. An answer would be very much appreciated.

That book lost me at about those charts, having better things to do and I don't really need them, so maybe later, but likely a waste of time.

I have the book in front of me. 9 handed, Blinds are 300/600, ante 50. Hero in MP with a 25,400 stack, raises to 1500. SB, who covers hero, makes it 6500. Looks to me like a 1,3 pot raise. There used to be a thread on here for Kill Everyone, where the authors answered questions. Not sure if there was one for RE. Try the search engine.

Yes it looks like 1.3X pot re-raise. Maybe they have spotted the error themselves, but don’t wish to say anything about it for some reason...
