I see there are plenty training programs/materials however they're mainly GTO-based. Are there good training materials (books, videos, softwares, courses, etc) that would turn a newbie player to a winner player at micro level online tournament games? Doesn't matter if they're classic, 'dated' or new release.

I've whipped up a study plan (see below) but I don't know if it is a good plan for playing at online small stake MTT games. Need your feedback such as book reading order, modify study plan, etc...

1) Read books authored by:
David Sklandsky's New Theory of Poker
Chris Moorman
Jonathan Little
Lee Nelson
Gus Hansen
Dan Harrington's new tournament book
Alexander Fitzgerald
Ed Miller's The Course book
Ape/rizen/pearl/hilger

2) Watch YouTube to learn how to use PT4, LeakBuster, Equilab, Flopzilla and ICMizer

3) Play small stake tournament games about 3 games per day everyday

4) Review hands from step 3

Good luck at the table!

Those are probably too many books to read and some may be outdated. Though if you like to read there's always something one can pick up from them of course.

Learning basics of good fundamentals/theory is always the best idea. So don't disdain "gto-based" for micros. Never bought an expensive poker course myself but heard good things about Raise Your Edge and pokernerve. Check their youtube channels to see if you like them from the free stuff.

Frankly I would signup for Runitonce essential, read a couple of the books (Harrington and Lee Nelson maybe), signup for icmizer or hrc, and check free videos on youtube and twitch.

Also try to play at least a couple of tables at a time if you don't have experience multitabling, with bustouts you'll get 4-8 mtts in a session. Take one or a couple of days off per week. GL

The Preflop Advantage is an app that contains tournament ranges for all different stack sizes and situations.

Snap Shove is good as well just not as many ranges.

HRC is good for ICM/ChipEV spots.

Upswing or Run It Once are both good. Upswing waves signup fee now using code STUCK50 so it's only $50 to get started.

Thanks for this.

I tried RIO and it's about to expire, and I've been wanting to try Upswing.
