According to a Wednesday night (Feb 23, 2022) report from WFLA News Channel 8 in Florida, Jon Heneghan was detained Wednesday by U.S. Marshals in connection with the ongoing investigation into events that transpired on January 6th, 2021 in Washington D.C.

The report states that Heneghan is facing federal charges as a result of the investigation, and was released within a few hours of being detained.

The arraignment date is pending.

Ahh, that sucks. Is it just me, or do the pictures in the video not look anything like Hennigan? Maybe it's the having hair thing? Either way, this is a bummer

I've changed the title of the thread (not sure if it will update or not). Upon looking at the documents, the individual is named as Jon Nicholas Heneghan (not six-time WSOP bracelet winner John Hennigan).
