I have stated many times that there are three incorrect charts in the first version of the printed book and that the updated charts can be found on the book's website. I would post a link, but the 2+2 mods are notoriously heavy with the ban hammer. These three mistakes have been corrected in the audiobook and ebook versions.

You sure sound like someone who can dish it out but can't take it, and I never said that our books were "impeccably clean." What I did say was that our books were well written even though it's quite difficult to get all type-os out of a book, especially ones as complex as some of the texts that we have published.

Furthermore, you're already well aware of this. When you visited our office a little less than three years ago we spent time with you going over and showing you the editing that was done for one of our books. We talked to you about how to tighten language, how to express concepts in concise terms, why words like "I" and other pronouns are easy to over use, and so on. Thus, you should be familiar with the type of work that we do to make sure that every 2+2 book is written in a top notch manner and it often takes months for us to complete this work for just one book.

In addition, we go to great lengths to make sure that our books are not written in a narcissistic manner. No one cares about how many one armed pushups you can do, but they do care if the information that they receive is worth the price (and this includes how well it's written).
