Just received these 10 books. What order should I read them in?

Is there a logical order in which to read these?

Stakes are live 2/5 to 5/10 NL.

1. Professional No-Limit Hold'em by Matt Flynn, Sunny Mehta, Ed Miller

2. No Limit Hold 'Em Theory and Practice by D. Skalnsky and E. Miller

3. Essential Poker Math Expanded Edition by Alton Hardin

4. and 5. Mental Game of Poker vol 1 and 2 by Jared Tendler with Barry Carter

6. Applications of No-Limit Hold'em A Guide to Understanding Theoretical Sound Poker by Matthew Janda

7. Poker's 1% The one Big Secret That Keeps Elite Players on Top by E. Miller

8. Playing the Player Moving Beyond ABC Poker to Dominate your Opponents by E. Miller

9. How to Read Hands at No-Limit Hold'em by E. Miller

10. The Course Serious Hold'em Strategy for Smart Players by E. Miller

I've heard all you need is Miller's "The Course."

Re: Just received these 10 books. What order should I read them in?

Looking through the books I noticed that Poker's 1% is laid out in reverse? I opened the book and the first page is numbered as page 229? The first page is in the back and is ordered numerically correct 1-229, but it's in a back to front layout?

The pages turn left to right instead of right to left.

Did I get a ****ed up version of this book or is it supposed to be like this?

I'd do this, though maybe read the math book first but I can only number ones I've read. I've also read the other two Miller books and they would be fine additions or after or anytime really, but I'd dig into these 5.

1. The Course Serious Hold'em Strategy for Smart Players by E. Miller

2. How to Read Hands at No-Limit Hold'em by E. Miller

3. Playing the Player Moving Beyond ABC Poker to Dominate your Opponents by E. Miller

4. Poker's 1% The one Big Secret That Keeps Elite Players on Top by E. Miller

5. Applications of No-Limit Hold'em A Guide to Understanding Theoretical Sound Poker by Matthew Janda

This is a good ordering of the Miller/Janda books imo. I read Janda then Poker's 1% then went back and read Janda and it was much rosier to grasp at the conceptual level after reading Miller's 1%.

Instead of trying to pick an order to read the books, what you really want to do I think is pick one book to read first. Because some of these books could be studied for several months. So pick one, study it carefully, and play a lot of hands so you can study your own hands for mistakes.

I'd say the course first also....it's covers a lot of different NL concepts that the vast majority of players will need help with, and only pick the next book after you are done with the course. By the time you study and ingest all ten, the whole poker landscape may have totally changed.

Re: Just received these 10 books. What order should I read them in?

Applications and Mental Game Books are not really for beginners. So start with some of the others (maybe the newest.. or from oldest to newest to see how the game changed).
Anyways its not enough to read a book or two. You need to work with 'em.

Re: Just received these 10 books. What order should I read them in?

1. The Course - one read should be sufficient
2. Poker's 1% - read at least twice before moving on to the next book
3. Applications of NLHE - read at least twice

Once Poker's 1% and applications of NLHE are intuituve, you really won't need any of the others imo. You may want to read playing the player and the mental game later as a supplement, but the three that I outlined will be all that you need to develop your core fundementals.
