1. The Course Serious Hold'em Strategy for Smart Players by E. Miller
2. How to Read Hands at No-Limit Hold'em by E. Miller
3. Playing the Player Moving Beyond ABC Poker to Dominate your Opponents by E. Miller
4. Poker's 1% The one Big Secret That Keeps Elite Players on Top by E. Miller
5. Applications of No-Limit Hold'em A Guide to Understanding Theoretical Sound Poker by Matthew Janda
This is a good ordering of the Miller/Janda books imo. I read Janda then Poker's 1% then went back and read Janda and it was much rosier to grasp at the conceptual level after reading Miller's 1%.
