heavy stiff binding

I have most of the two + two poker books and they all have a similar charateristic...they are very difficult to hold open (because of the high quality binding). I am a high school teacher...I very regularly have school books bindings cut off and re-bound with black ring coil binding for ease of study...I promise you, once you try it, you will get it done to all of your reference style books...prices average about 3-4 bucks per book. TOTALLY worth it.

I went to Staples here in canada to get my books coiled but they said the print is too close to binding and the coil would run through some of the words.
So I am a bit confused. Perhaps the persons who assisted me werent that knowledgable.
I prefer my text sitting open for various reasons.

LOL

Mike, for the next few days be sure to get plenty of sleep, eat big breakfasts and take your vitamins. You're going to have a busy weekend, and we all want you in tip-top form.

In fact, you better go eat a banana right now.

Yes, if only there was a "Harringtons cash books -pre order."-thread on the twoplustwo 'Books and Publications'-forum where such information could be found. That would be pretty sweet.
