Some of us who've been reading 2+2 books since before the NLHE explosion will remember when their bindings were horrible and pages would fall out after a single reading. Thank god for progress!
I remember Mason posting here many years ago apologizing for this and he offered to replace bad volumes with ones made with the better binding, and he honored this for me and many others and won a customer for life out of me.
That said, I'd happily pay a premium for hardcover but apparently I'm still dreaming...
