Getting a bunch of books which order is best? Getting a bunch of books which order is best?

Hi there guys I've just purchased 7 books from amazon which I'm receiving in 1 week. I'm looking for opinions as what to read first to get the most out of my development. I do have mgop 1&2 so if you think they fit into the mix mention that please. Also I play live 2/2 and am looking to move up to 2/5 when I'm good enough.

Poker math that matters

Essential poker math expanded edition

The course ed miller

Pokers 1% ed miller

How to read hands ed miller

Moving beyond abc poker ed miller

Applications of no limit Holdem Matt Janda

I will mention I have read a lot of books a long time ago and never a math book and haven't really known much to do with the math side.
Thanks in advance.

Gonna bump as I'm not sure whether to start with the course or sink the math or mental game in first?

i recommend buy The grinders Manual for game theory and later read the course ed miller for live poker metagame, i like the mathematics of poker by Chen and Jerrod for theory too. Jwanda book is good for online play only.

Hi thanks for the reply but I just purchased 7 books and I'm looking to get the most out of these. Not going to buy any more for a while.

1) The Course
2) Essential Poker math.

These two will give you a decent foundation of the overall dynamics of low stakes live poker.

3) How to read Hands
4) Playing the Player: Moving Beyond ABC Poker

These two will then build one what you learned before and will increase your win rate at the tables. You'll start recognizing spots to be more aggressive in and spots to back off in.

5) Pokers 1%
6) Applications

When you start crushing your current stakes you can read these two before moving up to 2/5.

You don't need "Poker math that matters."
