Hello,

Is this book for sit and goes or for cash games?

Expert Heads Up No Limit Hold’Em by Will Tipton.

Thank you.

It is for cash games but the only difference I can think of is that in a tournament the blinds are bigger. So it is worth getting even if you only play tournaments.
The book is very technical, I didn't understand all of it. English isn't my native language though.

If you can, get the printed one, the charts were difficult to read in the kindle version.

Not a cash game book. 20 bb deep 1 on 1 gto-tables for preflop and flop at vol 2 (nothing to mention at vol 1, that's purely for programmers) that can somewhat convert to a cash game when you think about the c-bet, calling a check raise, and calling a c-bet. 90% of the book is for programmers only.

Another book with tables is Raiser's Edge. Card Runner's GTO software is likely the cheapest (somewhat basic) GTO software at this time for postflop gto analyses, so I am not sure there is any real value for those tables in the above books, but at the least the Raise's tables are somewhat interesting (some headache also) that's sort of hard or impossible to get with a gto software, and with the lack of information, the vol 2 is probably not a waste of time and money if you are real serious about 1 on 1 play.
