Re: Dramaha by Jim Donahue

The only way to draw in new players would be to water down the mix to something like TOE.

Thatís cool and all but I enjoy many more games and so do others.

I just don't get it I guess. I don't enjoy any of the split pot draw games either. I figured they were all brought in just to confuse the bad players and get their money more quickly. If you enjoy them then maybe not though.

Thereís nothing to get, itís just your preference. For what itís worth I despise having both Badeucey and Badacey in same mix since they are slow but like playing them online. Reshuffling the deck live and people arguing is the nut low.

New games arrive for a variety of reasons. Mostly they start out as something that may be fun to play. But better players are able to adept more quickly and forces weaker ones to fight on multiple fronts

The boxed hands are only meant to be a sampling of hands that are playable and/or worth discussing. In the set of hands with 5cJcTcJh4h, there is another boxed hand with a pair of jacks that's slightly higher-ranked and almost identical in form to 5cJcTcJh4h, so only that one is boxed for follow-up.

Also, what do you mean about more information on how strong your Draw hand is relative to your position? Like a starting-hand chart?

Loving the discussion, guys. ScotchOnDaRocks, I hope you get to play some Dramaha soon.

Oh ok, I took the boxes to symbolize playable hands

Draw strength is so important, so say you are dealt QQ or KK UTG? Playable? What is probability that your draw hand is best with so many players left to act? That type of thing
