Hi Legion,
There are a few that I would recommend:
KingKrab Degenerate Journey
Once a Gambler Parts 1 and 2 by Miikka Anttonen
Biggest Game in Town by Al Alvarez
The last book is a classic and is pretty well read by long time poker players. KingKrab's book is very raw and real and I feel reflects very accurately what the daily grind of a typical professional player goes through. Mason actually gave this book a very good review.
I enjoyed Miikka's book too. I have not read Part 2 yet though.
I am also thinking of Matt Matros' book: the Making of a Poker Player but that book mixes his story with tips on how to be a poker player. Its been a while since I read but I do remember enjoying it at the time. That book was written in 2005 though.
