Hi, I'm interested in obtaining a book that has all of the rules. I feel there is a small amount of EV gained in knowing what a proper ruling should be when the floor is called over.

As each cardroom (or, at a very minimum, rooms within the same ownership group) has their own individual ruleset, this book doesn't exist

I always thought Bob's ruleset was great, but it seems like most rooms these days use TDA rules, even for cash games. I wish they didn't.
