Which do you think is the best poker book out there for a No-limit,sit and go,tournament and cash game player?

A poker book that any poker player must have.

You need to concentrate on one game at a time. Spend some time reading the threads here and in the appropriate strategy forum. Concentrate on one or two good books. Play a lot of hands. Repeat as needed.

Definitely this. I love the short stack (5-10-20bb) advice.

As far as cash games? I like the study course of:
Harrington on Cash V I/II, Theory of Poker, NLHE: Theory and Practice, and Professional NLHE: V1.

Tournaments? Not my strongest suit, but I'll try to help:
Daniel's Power HE Strategy: The last chapter (written by Daniel N.) on Small Ball, Kill Phil and/or Kill Everyone.

Good luck.
