Mastering pot limit omaha: the modern aggressive approach is a pretty good book. I found it very helpful for my understanding of the game.

i got me some books:

jeff hwang: pot limit omaha the big play startegy - good read for getting an understanding of hand structures, strengths and basic gameplay. he also makes you aware of the great importance of redraws etc. its written for full ring play, but its very true for tight and solid 6-max, especially for micro stakes where rake makes an argument to play lesser but bigger pots. theres a chapter about omaha hi/lo too which is nice to have. also: villain is always a "she"...true gentleman

jeff hwang: advanced pot limit omaha series I,II,III - part 1 is about shorthanded and 6-max play and features "advanced" concepts like floating, SPR considerations and 3betting preflop etc. its the follow up to his first book and more adapted to 6-max online play. i'd definately recommend this too. part 2 is about the lose-aggressive playing style - playing it and playing against it and basically an answer to the "tight" approach from his first book. i didnt read part 2 though. part 3 is a thick "workbook" with lots of quizzes for different stakes and leak finder chapters. good to go through some hands without spewing dollars.

Mastering pot limit omaha: the modern aggressive approach by okolowitz & taschner - can recommend this book too. it will give you an idea about what GTO is and how to adapt to todays internet play and features strategies like playing with ranges and frequencies etc. i liked the chapter about reading and classifiying board textures. there is also a chapter where you go through different hands as examples for playing single or 3b/4b pots etc. its definately a good read if you wanna move up stakes and to understand modern game theory

also a good free "book" is 'PLO from scratch by bugs' - you can find it online. it features hwang starting hand work but advances from that and yeah well, tells you all the basics to learn plo from scratch

rolf slotblooms books are supposed to be interesting reads if you wanna learn about shortstacking, but havent looked into it so far.

The Hwang series is the core or PLO that is comparable to Janda in NLH. I wouldn't know a thing about PLO w/o the Hwang series (nor a thing about NLH w/o Janda). That's not little to say from a guy that has read like 100 poker books. The game information has since advanced mainly as softwares and coaches.
