Plug your phone into your computer and transfer it over. Or download dropbox on your computer and phone and transfer it over that way. You could actually probably just email to yourself if all else fails

Hey strongrad50,

For moving the files on to your phone just follow the advice that thenewbigmack gave. There are numerous ways, plugging your phone into the USB port of your computer and just transferring it probably being the easiest.

As for viewing it on the Kindle app, I don't think this is possible. I just got an Android phone myself and tried opening both the mobi and epub versions with no success. No success meaning that the app wouldn't even find them on my phone. Upon further googling it looks like Amazon has made it so that only Kindle files purchased through the Kindle store can be read on it. Clever bit of business skills right there.

Anyways, there are tons of other apps that you can download for free that will allow you to view these types of files. I am using a popular one called "FBReader" and both files came up fine for me. The epub looked flawless. The mobi was certainly readable but the page breaks didn't seem to be working all that well. But perhaps you can fix that in the settings. Hope this helps.

Hey boys,
I bought the book a month ago, that helped me a lot. I saw peaple here talking about the diferences between FR and SH, higher and lower limits, well actually I think that the greatest point in this book is blackrain79 explaining how he does exploit the fishs, this kind of mentality, how exploit your oponent tendencies, would certanly help a person seeking to beat a higher stake, and has the same point either for FR or SH.

Nathan,

Thanks for the help! Using FBreader as well, looks fantastic without having to use the kindle app. The book is awesome so far, btw. I could see some concepts having an impact in some of the live games I play in. Great job, and again, thanks for the help!

I think this book is very good starting place for a beginner at online cash games because it greatly explains the play for limits that you play when you start.

IMO a lot of beginners get lost up in advice for more advanced play and try to apply it when they start (on these limits) and get discouraged because of different dynamics on these limits.
The price is also appropriate and you can breeze through it in a few hours and start applying it

The book looks like its been searched in the Kindle Store a million times, however it's not in the store. I assume the book can only purchased at your website and be transferred onto the kindle. Am I right?

Yep, you get it after you purchase it on his website or he sends it to you if you already bought it before.

I purchased this out of curiosity (I don't play the micros) and I have to say it's very good. Best of all there are more than a few laugh out loud moments in here. The author is a legitimately funny guy and some of his descriptions/observations cracked me up.

Moneybookers (Skrill) is also an option. If you don't have that either please send me an email at blackrain79@dragthebar.com and I will see what I can do.

Haha, wasn't really going for the comedy angle with the book but glad I could oblige! Poker really is just pure madness at times when you think about it, especially at the micros. It's good to just laugh at it sometimes.

....and the bad news is I can't open the downloaded file... thoughts? I was hoping it would just be a pdf file or something similar.

It used to be just a PDF file. I recently added epub and mobi versions as well for people with Kindles, Ipads or other e-readers. Instead of having three seperate downloads I pack all of these files into a single rar file. To open a rar file you need a program called Winrar which can be downloaded here,

http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm

If you would like me to send you just the PDF please either pm me here on 2+2 with your email or send me an email at blackrain79@dragthebar.com

I bought the book for about two months ago, it is impressive I went from a break even player to a huge winner in the micros, of course I put a lot in there, i have made a lot of reviews of the material, like I have a 3 pages side notes for the most comum situations and 6 excel tables.
For the book, it is very well writen, is clear, right to the point and very funny. The best thing in my opinion is that the book was written by a guy who actually really played those games, and as a huge winner. You have everything u really need in this book, but I would also suggest reading the author posts in his blog and all the stuff in his forum.

Bought this Sunday night (well Monday after midnight to be precise)... and I have to say it seems like a great book but I am having trouble applying some of the concepts successfully... maybe it's just the site I'm on and the fact I do not have a HUD to go off.

I was doing better playing more ABC so I am going back to my old style and going to try and slowly work concepts in to my game from this book.

I don't own an Ipad but I would imagine so? In any case I sent you all three copies of the book via email as per your request.

I will have to defer this question also to somebody who owns a Kindle and has tried this. I have just seen how the book looks on a Kindle when I was working with the programmer who converted it. I haven't tried any custom features with it.

PDF can be viewed on a Kindle pretty well. It does not have all the advanced features of IBook but works pretty good. You can highlight for example.

You can transfer .mobi & ePub eBook Files to an iPad for viewing.
The quickest way to do this is through email, but before getting started make sure you have the free Kindle app installed on the iPad to read and open mobi files. Attach the MOBI or ePub files to a new mail message and email them to the iPad. Open the mail message from the iPad and tap and hold the attached mobi or epub file until a an “Open in …” window appears, then tap the appropriate choice. The ebook will then open in either iBooks or Kindle app, depending on the file type.

Just finished the book. Decent read. Kind of geared toward beginners I think. I think over the past 6 months or so I started playing a bit to laggy and a bit of fancy play syndrome leading to massive swings and tilt. This book has kind of made me refocus my play. I would recommend it.
