Have heard amazing things about this book, people that know LuckyChewy tell me is very 'zen' and has a great mindset/attitude towards poker and life. Excited for this one.

Side Note: It only ships to US addresses, which is a bit of inconvenience for us foreigners, if anyone has info on how to ship it overseas that would be great

So I finished reading this book recently, and I'd say "Yoga of Poker" isn't so much a poker book as it is a spiritual memoir, a book about self-realization, which just happens to have been written from the perspective of a successful high-stakes poker player.

The book resonated with me, but I've got books on my shelf with titles like "Autobiography of a Yogi", "Be Here Now", etc., and I suspect that if Eastern religion, self-realization, and "spiritual enlightenment" are all ideas that fail to resonate with you, then this book might not be for you.

The book is very short (under 100 pages), and I read it in one sitting. I think the main ideas are well-summarized in the Table of Contents, which I obtained permission to post online:



Personally, I found the book to be worthwhile, and if you're curious about it at all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Some previous posters living outside the US mentioned the issue of shipping. Well, it's a self-published book, and the folks selling the book give personal responses to email, so if you try to contact them through the email address on their website, I'm sure you'll be able to work something out.
