I don't know for sure, but it usually takes a few weeks after we send the book to Amazon before our titles appear on the other Amazon sites. I'm sure that's not what you wanted to hear but that's the way Amazon works.

I am so very excited for this book, The Theory of Poker was my first introduction to 2+2 and it changed my world. I still remember how excited I was to learn about semi-bluffing. Applying the theories to NLHE is pure genius. I have pre-ordered it and just can’t wait to receive it.

I just received a shipping update from Amazon. They gave me a projected date of somewhere between July 5 and August 5. Is that possible? I was hoping to have it in hand this week. Not in any kind of out of the way destination here--I'm in Vegas.
