For full ring I recommend:
Winning Strategies for No-Limit Hold'em by Nick Christenson and Russell Fox
Harrington on Cash Games Volumes 1 & 2.

Yeah, and would recommend reading in conjunction with Ed Miller's series of articles "7 Steps for Hold 'Em" success (which is the middle section of SSNL). Those and developing hand and opponent reading should have you making a profit from most 1/2 casino games. Also, play on Friday and Saturday nights, particularly if the casino has a big concert or event that night. Don't drink.

The best book for live games is by far Professional NL Hold'em but it's not the only book you should read.

You should start with Ed Miller's chapter "7 Easy Steps to NLH" from the book Small Stakes NLH. Then you should read Professional NL Hold'em (especially the SPR chapter is very important). Then NLH Theory and Practice.

If you had to pick one then definitely Professional No Limit Hold Em - Miller, Mehta, Flynn.

Reading the 7 steps from the same authors' Small Stakes No Limit Hold Em, sounds like a good idea. (This book in it's entirety would help you transition to small stakes online 6 max and using poker tracking software.)

If you're a complete novice, you may wanna start with Miller's Getting Started In Hold Em or Phil Gordon's Little Book Series before PNLHE.

I was even thinking Miller/Sklansky NLHE Theory & Practice should be read before PNLHE from what I've heard; but, probably doesn't matter much either way.

I hear Doyle's No Limit section in Super System although old is still relevant and might be a nice change of perspective after getting the fundamentals down.

I've heard some good reviews about a book called Dynamic Full Ring that sounds very interesting; but, not sure if it's worth $100 price I saw on Amazon.

I feel like it's good to read the most popular books not so much for the advice but to understand what other players are reading and thinking.

PS: Other good times to play are early morning or any day there is a big tournament in the casino because the tourneys guys could be on tilt after busting out and also a lot of tourney guys don't adjust well to cash games.

Not in my opinion. NLHET&P is more advanced. PNLHE should be read first.

I stand corrected.

I was thinking NLHETP was the theoretical foundation and then PNLHE would show how these theories then apply specifically to live small stakes full ring.

I admittedly haven't completed either and am not sure how to describe the differences to people. Can you please elaborate a little more how they differ?

Well NLHET&P concludes itself, it doesn't need the reader to go to another book for conclusions. It covers theory and practice ... as does PNLHE, you could say.

Honestly it's easiest said PNLHE is more of a great introduction to no limit holdem, covering pot odds and pot equity and stack to pot ratio and implied odds, it would be a very good first NLHE book for beginners.

NLHET&P is more advanced, it covers things like different bet sizes and goes over the mathematical equations for expected value, same with blocking bets, check raises, bluff and value bet sizing. Basically it goes over the math of different lines and gives you an idea of what is better in what spots and why.

I didn't like ssnlh, but i hate and object to you asking for a free link. that would be theft of intellectual property. the authors spent years learning, months or even over a year writing the book, and you want to steal their work product without compensating them. that is morally wrong and against the law. i hope no one here will assist you.

HOC Vol. 1 and 2. Many people blast these books because online, people play very differently than the examples. This is true. Live however, the book is dead on for lower stakes.
