Last time I checked, the average players/flop % on Zoom was much lower than standard tables, so the big pots are basically just sets versus overpairs.
With so few flops being seen, there's not much chance to actually
outplay a villain.
I think that's another reason why I'm not a fan. Table selection is one of my key skills. (Yes, even at 2NL, I feel the need to table select carefully). Obviously you can't select a table on Zoom so you have fish on your right and nits on your left. With Zoom, your position in relation to nits and fish is entirely random. Ergo, there is more luck involved.
