Wich variants is a good way ?

Hi all,
I currently have some problems. I am an employee in a company and my working hours are never the same. I can work early in the morning or late at night (until 22:00) or at night. So its difficult to plan the poker sessions. I wanted to know with a complicated schedule which variant on the .fr (MTT, CashGame or Sng HU, Sng Don) was the best to make a minimum of volume per month ?
- MTT is difficult, because at night im bot really often at home for start correctly the tournaments
- CashGame, the format dies little by little on the .fr, and so the fishs desert for expresso.
- Sng Hu and Don, really poor content to work and progress.
So atm i dont know what to play that will allow me to find a balance between work and poker? if somebody have the same problems / situation ask me what is the best way to continu (i like all format but all have a negativ point
)
