Although I've found that not table selecting at all has helped my game tremendously at 10-50NL. Learning how to table select well is something I'll have to do as I move up, no doubt, but for now I like the little challenge playing against regs gives me.
Just also wanted to add that this series of threads helped me out several months ago when I first started playing NL2. I'm now successfully going through NL10 and look forward to hitting NL25 soon.

does this include fishy shortstackers who are reraise-shove-happy? I normally pick out the fish by looking at stack size once i arrive at a high flop% table. If I'm raising preflop more than the rest of the table (because fish limp), am I a more likely target? Do the benefits outweigh the risk in the long run?

You want to be able to call their fish shoves with premium hands, as well as raise them when you have premium hands since they are getting it in (usually) with their top 20%
